A client panel, bookings, an order register, a partner portal, or your website wired to the system you already run. Built module by module, each at a fixed price and a fixed scope, on your firm’s own account.

Data and security
Everything stays with you. I just set it up.
A small-business owner’s biggest worry is “it will break and I’ll be left alone with it”. So we build automations that don’t depend on me.

We set the tools up on your firm’s account, and your firm owns them. You pay the provider directly, with no mark-up from me.
- Data processing agreement
We sign it with every client before I touch any data.
- AI sees only what it must
The model gets only the data the task needs, for example one invoice, not your whole inbox.
- You have the last word
You approve AI’s draft replies. Confirmations and reminders go out from templates you approve before launch.
What exactly do I get in a task map?
A 60–90 minute conversation and a one-page plan: what repeats in your firm, how many hours a month it takes, what can be automated, and a fixed price for each automation. The fee for the map is credited against the build.
What if it breaks?
With care, I keep it running: monitoring, fixes when the tools change, and small changes, with a reply on the next working day. Without care, you keep the guide and all the access, because the tools are on your firm’s account.
Do I have to install anything?
Usually not. Automations run in online services such as Make, n8n or Google Sheets, set up on your firm’s account. You use your e-mail and your sheets as you do today.
How much do the tools cost?
You pay the provider directly, at their prices, and you own the tools. The cost of each tool is in the task map before anything is set up.
What if I stop?
The automations and tools are on your firm’s account, so they stay with you, also after we stop working together. Without care they keep running; nobody watches over them for you any more.
Will AI send something to a client without my knowledge?
No. AI only prepares draft replies; you send them after reading. Confirmations and reminders go out from templates you approve before launch.
What about data and GDPR?
I sign a data processing agreement with every client. AI gets only the data the task needs, and the tools run on your firm’s account.

Hi, I’m Maciej.
I run my own firm, mackan.it, and for over 10 years I’ve been building web applications for companies on B2B contracts. At mackan studio I give firms IT support in the broad sense: websites, social media, and automations and apps for business.
I run apps and automations the same way: personally, from the first call to the build and care. You talk to the person who builds it, not to a salesperson.
